Montirone Hill

February 17, 2021

Abano Terme, the most important and oldest thermal center in Europe, stands in an enchanting location at the feet of the Euganean Hills and in the center of the Veneto region.  The Montirone Hill's stately entrance designed indicates the importance of this little hill, once rich with hot springs that naturally flowed at a temperature of 80°C, for which today we find the stone tubs, symbol of the thousand-year-old thermal bath tradition in Abano.
