There are a number of restaurants and bars distributed along the harbour's edge serving local and Mediterranean cuisine. Most of its buildings were developed in the 20th century. Just outside the village lies Mondragó Natural Park, where you can walk along pine fringed paths, swim in turquoise coves such as Cala Mondragó and s'Amarador, or simply enjoy the unspoilt beauty of the coastline.

Torrent de Pareis

July 13, 2021

Torrent de Pareis is one of the most spectacular and unique beaches in the Balearic Islands. Due to thousands of years of erosion from the waters of Torrent de Pareis, that cut through the mountains of Sierra de Tramontana to finally reach the sea on the coast of Mallorca, the spectacular crystal clear and deep blue colour of the sea sits at the bottom of the 200m cliffs with the 25 metre long beach of cala de Sa Calobra in a narrow canyon below. This area is protected as a National Monument of Torrent de Pareis within the UNESCO World Heritage Center of the Serra de Tramuntana.
