Ciudad del Este

Ciudad del Este is the most eastern and second largest city of Paraguay at the border with Brazil. Its main attraction for visitors is shopping. The Friendship Bridge is an arch bridge connecting the city of Ciudad del Este and the Brazilian city of Foz do Iguaçu.

Flags of the world - Paraguay

The modern flag of Paraguay is a horizontal tricolor of red, white, and blue. Each side of the flag has a different emblem centered in the white band. The obverse side of the flag features the coat of arms of Paraguay, while the reverse side of the flag replaces it with the seal of the nation's treasury. The red color of the flag symbolizes bravery and patriotism. The white color represents integrity and peace. The blue color denotes liberty and generosity.
