Niška Banja

Niška Banja is a popular spa town and municipality in southeastern Serbia, located approximately 10km from the city of Niš. Nestled at the foot of Mount Koritnik, it is one of the oldest and most famous health resorts in the country, known for its radioactive radon-rich thermal waters. The spa features five thermal springs with temperatures ranging from 19°C to 39°C, used to treat cardiovascular diseases, rheumatism, and rehabilitation after surgery.

Gamzigrad

Gamzigrad is an archaeological site, spa resort, and UNESCO World Heritage Site of Serbia, located south of the Danube river, in the city of Zaječar. It is the location of the ancient Roman complex of palaces and temples Felix Romuliana, built by Emperor Galerius in Dacia Ripensis. The main area covers 10 acres. The site consists of fortifications, the palace in the north-western part of the complex, basilicas, temples, hot baths, memorial complex, and a tetrapylon. The group of buildings is also unique in its intertwining of ceremonial and memorial functions.

Baden bei Wien

Baden bei Wien is a spa town southwest of Vienna, the Austrian capital. The focus of its main square is the Trinity Column plague memorial. Narrow surrounding streets are known for their 19th-century Biedermeier architecture. The leafy Kurpark features the Casino Baden, memorials to composers like Beethoven and Mozart, and trails leading to Kalvarienberg, a hill where the park transitions into the Vienna Woods. Mariánské Lázně

Founded in the early 19th century, neo-Classical Mariánské Lázně is one of Europe’s finest spa towns. From an inhospitable marshy valley rose a beautiful town of verdant parks, spa houses, gloriettes, pavilions and colonnades in every architectural style of the last two centuries. Karlovy Vary
