Four healthy Siberian tiger cubs were born in May 2025, to mother Stormi at Zoo Magdeburg: Henry, Ronja, Koshka and Speedy.

Zoo Magdeburg

Magdeburg Zoo is a zoological garden in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt. The approximately 16-hectare zoo features a park landscape and a large playground for children. In 2016, the zoo housed around 1,400 animals belonging to over 210 species. Four Siberian tiger cubs were born to Siberian tiger Stormi in May 2025. Father Kratz moved to Sóstó Zoo in Hungary.

Marine World/Africa USA

Samson a rare white Bengal tiger sites on his favorite rock on Tiger Island.

Marine World/Africa USA was an animal theme park located in the Redwood Shores area of Redwood City, California. The park was named Marine World when it first opened in 1968, before merging with a land-animal park called Africa USA in 1972. In 1986, the park relocated to Vallejo, California, and is now known as Six Flags Discovery Kingdom.

Milwaukee County Zoo

The Milwaukee County Zoo is a zoo in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It houses 3,100 animals from 350 species and covers an area of 190 acres. The zoo is noted for the second birth of polar bears and siamangs in captivity and for their locally famous gorilla Samson, who lived from 1950 to 1981 and whose bones are now on display at the Milwaukee Public Museum. The zoo has 3 amur tigers, one male Kash and 2 females Tula and Natasha.

Ballarat Wildlife Park

A beautiful tiger from Ballarat Wildlife Park. In the tiger sanctuary live 2 sumatran tigers, Kai and Akasha. Kai, the tallest tiger in Australia, arrived in Ballarat Wildlife Park in 2022. He was born in 2015 and is the older brother to Akasha. Kai is a very confident and playful cat. He is very inquisitive with new things and loves being around people. He has a special bond with his keepers and will greet them with many ‘chuffs’ each morning. Akasha arrived in 2023. She is a very smart, food-motivated cat who takes particular interest in sensory related enrichment such as scatter feeds and an array of herbs and spices. Akasha weighs in over 120kg and like her brother is very athletic and interactive with her surroundings.

Tiger Raya and cubs

Tiger Raya with her 4 cubs born in May 2024. There are currently 6 tigers in Münster Zoo. Mother Raya, father Fedor and the 4 little ones  Anya, Hubertus, Friedrich, and Ambassador.  These are the first cubs born at Münster Zoo in over 30 years. Although mother tiger Raya had already given birth to two cubs in January 2024, they died shortly afterwards.

Sumatran tiger

A beautiful Sumatran tiger from Burgers' Zoo. In Burger's Rimba currenlty live 2 tigers Aryo & Kiara. Burgers' Zoo is a 45-hectare zoo in Arnhem and is one of the biggest zoos in the country.

White Tiger

The white tiger is the offspring of oridinary orange Bengal tigers that carry an unusual gene resulting in their white fur, chocolate stripes and blue eyes.

King Zulu, Audubon Zoo's Beloved White Tiger, died at age 20 in 2017. Born at the Nashville Zoo in 1996, the beloved tiger had been part of the Audubon family since 1999. His counterpart, Rex, died in 2012. King Zulu was a personable cat and really loved interacting with staff and guests alike. He greeted everyone with a chuff (tiger purr). In his younger years, he loved swimming in the moat, especially in the summer. He loved to try and tackle the giant boomer ball in the water.

Nandankanan Zoo

Nandankanan Zoological Park is a 437-hectare zoo and botanical garden in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The zoo is home to about 1660 individual animals representing 166 species, including 67 species of mammals, 81 species of birds, and 18 species of reptiles. Birth of white tiger cubs from normal coloured tigers has given a special place to Nandankanan over the world as one of the major host zoo for the white tigers. Today the Nandankanan Zoo has the largest collection of white tigers in India.

Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabárceno

Cabárceno Natural Park is a zoo and nature reserve located in the town of Penagos, Spain, 17 kilometres south of Santander. The park is located in a former open-pit iron mine on a karstic landscape consisting of 750 hectares. The natural park is home to 100 animal species from five continents living in semi-captive conditions, including large enclosures where one or more species coexist. Six tigers currently live in the Park, Pluja, Neu, Rayo, Liso and Rota, all adults, and Candi, a five-year-old baby. Since they cannot go out to the outdoor area all together, different shifts are taken so that everyone can enjoy it. And when it is not their turn they remain, also outside, in the glass enclosures called 'reserves', which are used above all for veterinary care and for adaptation when new specimens arrive. The Cabárceno tiger enclosure, which was expanded in 2012, currently has 25,000 square meters, being the largest in Europe, and three viewpoints that allow the observation of this amazing species.
