Tolbukhin lighthouse is the oldest active lighthouse in north-western Russia. The lighthouse is situated on a small artificial island 3 miles west of the Kotlin island. During its history the Tolbukhin lighthouse was reconstructed several times. The present building of the lighthouse was erected in 1810 and has a height of 30 meters.
