January 14, 2021

The West facade of Notre-Dame de Paris, a medieval Catholic cathedral on the Île de la Cité in the 4th arrondissement of Paris. The cathedral was consecrated to the Virgin Mary and considered to be one of the finest examples of French Gothic architecture. The facade is 41 metre wide and includes four powerful buttresses and three portals. The two towers are 69 metres high, and were the tallest structures in Paris until the completion of the Eiffel Tower in 1889.
