Kobarid, the pretty small town of 4,400 inhabitants, is located in the famous Soča Valley and is surrounded by the spectacular Julian Alps. The town enchants with a mix of Mediterranean and Alpine style. One of the most beautiful and interesting things to do in Kobarid is to hike the historical nature trail. On a route of around 8 kilometers you will pass some of the most beautiful natural sites as well as the many historical monuments.
