October Square in Barnaul, a city on the western banks of the Ob River in the Altai Krai region of Siberia. The House under the Spire, one of the Barnaul's landmarks, adorns the skyline of Barnaul's October Square. This building is an architectural landmark of the mid-20th century. In 2012 the monument to the settlers of the Altai from their grateful descendants was erected to mark the 75th anniversary of the official establishment of the Altai Region.
