Ciudad Roma is located in the municipality of San Antonio de Esmoruco. A preserved jewel of the Bolivian Altiplano, the Ciudad de Roma is a hidden treasure. This site offers a beautiful eroded landscape with impressive rock formations away from the crowds. This labyrinth of atypical rock formations in the middle of the desert resembles the oldest city in Italy. The Ciudad de Roma constitutes a set of all kinds of geomorphological formations that have their origins in the rains for hundreds of years. They reach a height of 30 meters and it covers an area of approximately 1,200 square kilometers. Thanks to the formations, different microclimates are created that favor the growth of plant species.
