The Holy Cross Cathedral is located on the picturesque bank of the Romanov side of city of Tutaev. It is the oldest stone temple of Romanov.The Cathedral of the Exaltation of the Cross impresses with its powerful quadrangle of the main room, massive high drums, and impressive domes. The cathedral is four-pillar, cross-domed, equipped with five apses and crowned with a powerful five-domed cathedral.
