Located between Berlin and Dresden, this spa resort boasting healing spring therapy has a saltwater spring, Spreewald thermal baths and a rehabilitation centre. The oldest part of the village, Burg-Dorf, impresses with its closed village development, while the neighbourhoods of Burg-Kauper and Burg-Kolonie developed as scattered settlements. Burg has two larger and several smaller barge harbours from which you can take barge trips through the Spreewald. The 27-metre-high Bismarck Tower gives a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.
