Known as Taiwan’s Little Niagara, Shifen Waterfall is the broadest waterfall in Taiwan, stretching 40 metres wide and plunging 20 metres into a deep, jade-green pool. Located in the scenic Pingxi District of New Taipei City, this magnificent curtain-style cascade creates an ethereal mist that frequently paints vibrant rainbows across the sky on sunny days.
