To be honest I don't really understand this card. I'm guessing it's some kind of ad card? Anyway the card is about something in Lukang Township, Changhua. Lukang is an urban township in northwestern Changhua County, Taiwan. The township is on the west coast of Taiwan, facing the Taiwan Strait. It was an important sea port in the 18th century and 19th century.
