Mount Taranaki

Mount Taranaki, officially Taranaki Maunga, is a spectacular, 2,518-metre dormant stratovolcano located on the west coast of New Zealand's North Island. Renowned for its nearly perfect symmetrical cone, it serves as the centerpiece of Te Papa-Kura-o-Taranaki, formerly Egmont National Park. The park features a distinct, circular boundary created by dense forest meeting surrounding pastures, making it clearly visible from space. Lake Mangamahoe, a stunning man-made reservoir, is famous for offering one of the most iconic, postcard-worthy reflection views of Mount Taranaki framed by lush native forest.

Fish Creek

Lake Kivu

Zhinvali Reservoir

Zhinvali Reservoir is a striking turquoise-blue artificial lake located on the Aragvi River, in the Caucasus Mountains, roughly 70 kilometers north of Tbilisi. Completed in 1985, it supplies drinking water to about half of Tbilisi and features scenic mountain views alongside the historic Ananuri Fortress Complex. It spans a surface area of 11.5 square kilometers and reaches a maximum depth of 75 meters.

Famous for its distinct pear-shaped bell tower, it features soaring vaulted ceilings, a Romanesque baptismal font, and Europe's largest stained-glass window.
