Safaripark Beekse Bergen

In Safaripark Beekse Bergen you will find a large group of cheetahs. You will find them along the walking safari, but you can also spot them from the safari bus or your own car. The Safaripark is the studbook keeper of the cheetah. This means that the European breeding program (EEP) for cheetahs is coordinated from Beekse Bergen. Cheetah Daria in Beekse Bergen gave birth to her first litter in February 2024.

From Eindhoven

June 29, 2021

St. Augustine's Church has been a prominent feature of the Eindhoven skyline since the end of the 19th century. Built in neo-Gothic style in 1895, this historic house of worship goes by three different names: Augustijnenkerk, Heilig-Hartkerk and Paterskerk. The 66m-high church is still owned by its original founders, the monks of the nearby Mariënhage monastery and it's most famous for the remarkable statue of the Holy Heart of Christ, not to mention its impressive stained glass.

Waalre

June 18, 2020

From Waalre, an affluent municipality and town in the province of North Brabant in the southern Netherlands, immediately south of the city of Eindhoven. Waalre is the so-called Groenfontein (Green fountain). This stems from its civic policy to provide a diverse tree population in streets and lanes. It is considered as one of the richest villages in The Netherlands due to the numerous millionaires living there.
