Lower Yellowstone Falls

The Lower Yellowstone Falls of the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone National Park.
The falls are 308 ft tall, nearly twice as high as Niagara Falls. Water flow over the falls can be as high as 8.400 cu ft/c during peak runoff.

Grand Teton National Park

The Teton Range is seen here reflecting in the calm waters. The Teton Range, the youngest mountains in the Rockies, is less than 10 million ears old. The Teton rises 7,000 feet above the valley floor and is the highest peak at 13,770 feet above sea level. Needless to say it makes a spectacular sight for onlookers.

Morning Glory Pool

Morning Glory Pool is one of the most popular springs in the Upper Geyser Basin. Though only one natural eruption in 1944 has been recorded, the pool is still considered a geyser as evidenced by the runoff channels leading to the Firehole River. The pool was named after the morning glory flower because of its brilliance which has now diminished due to the drop of water temperature.

Grand Teton National Park

The light concentration of tall peaks and pinnacles called Cathedral Group has been described as 'a choir of shimmering granite spires soaring high above the pave and trasent of the valley below'.  The Cathedral Group is seen from Oxbow Bend of the Snake River in its fall array.

Grand Teton National Park is an American national park in northwestern Wyoming. At approximately 310,000 acres, the park includes the major peaks of the 40-mile-long Teton Range as well as most of the northern sections of the valley known as Jackson Hole.

Yellowstone Lake

Clear, cold waters water of the lake are home to Mountain Whitefish and three subspecies of native Cutthroat Trout. Yellowstone Lake lays claim to being North America's largest mountain lake with a 14 mile width, 20 mile length and 320 foot dept at the deepest point.

Jenny Lake

Nestled at the foot of the Teton Range, Jenny Lake's shimmering blue-green waters leave a lasting impression on visitor's minds. Its bed which is approximately one mile deep, was formed when glaciers moved across the valley thousands of years ago. It was named after the daughter of an early Jackson Hole pioneer. Jenny Lake is located in Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming.

Smaller than a wolf, and extremely adaptable, the coyote plays an important role in keeping animal populations healthy by preying upon the weak, old and sick. Coyotes can be seen throughout the park.
