The light concentration of tall peaks and pinnacles called Cathedral Group has been described as 'a choir of shimmering granite spires soaring high above the pave and trasent of the valley below'. The Cathedral Group is seen from Oxbow Bend of the Snake River in its fall array.
Grand Teton National Park is an American national park in northwestern Wyoming. At approximately 310,000 acres, the park includes the major peaks of the 40-mile-long Teton Range as well as most of the northern sections of the valley known as Jackson Hole.
