Fountain Park in Franklin, a city in Venango County, Pennsylvania, United States. Franklin is known for the three day autumn festival known as Applefest in October which attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors. The fountain is the centerpiece of the city park with nearby benches to enjoy it during warmer months. The multi-tiered fountain was constructed in 1896 in memory of Albert G. Egbert, a local physician and one-time member of Congress.
