
Longjing Village is located in the southwest of West Lake Scenic Area, surrounded by mountains on all sides. The village has a permanent population of about 800 people and has nearly 800 acres of high mountain tea gardens. It is famous since is the area where Longjing tea, also known as dragon well tea, is produced. The village is rich in tourism resources, including the Imperial Tea Garden, Hu Gong Temple, Jiuxi, Shili Langdang, and Lao Longjing.
